Ben Stellpflug (Music Production) Ben has gained wide acclaim as a songwriter, producer and arranger. Ben has served as a music production consultant to The Boston Conservatory, Brain Powered Concepts, Great Ideas Creative Group, Riverside Theater Works, sos films, Kidstock Creative Theater, Pocketfull of Tales Theater, Express Music Services and JBP Records/My Gym. His work as composer for the musical Broad Strokes, received special recognition at the University of Michigan's 2003 Festival of New Works. He has also worked with the Walt Disney World Music Department, where he served as Production Assistant for countless stage shows, parades and album projects. Ben's premiere work for Elsie Glen Records, entitled: Polly Pelak is… 5 and a half, was released in April 2004. Ben is a summa cum laude graduate of Berklee College of Music and a member of ASCAP and the International Association of Jazz Educators (IAJE).

Tanya C. Allen (Educational Development) Tanya has a rich and varied background in education, therapeutic recreation and entertainment production. She is the co-creator of the Polly Pelak Song Workshop, and heads the educational development team for the newly created Elsie Glen Records. She recently served as Associate Producer for The Boston Conservatory's productions of City of Angels, The Wild Party, Wonderful Town, Candide, and The Crucible. Tanya was also a member of the Talent Casting team at Walt Disney Entertainment in Orlando, Florida. Performing credits include a tour with the Haineberg Players' production of Godspell (Wiesbaden, Germany), appearances at Walt Disney World, Six Flags theme parks, and numerous roles in regional and community theatre productions. Ms. Allen holds a B.S.E. in recreation with a concentration in therapeutics from SUNY Cortland.

Greg Bell (Executive Producer/Production Advisor) Acclaimed as a trusted leader by his peers in the entertainment industry, Mr. Bell is an award-winning producer of live entertainment and a renowned creative force. His production credits include many live theater shows and special events all over the world, most notably the opening of two Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parades and a Super Bowl Halftime Show. Having spent over a decade as a music educator before making the switch to producing, Mr. Bell is a tireless supporter of arts education. He has also been a keynote speaker on behalf of the pageantry arts and has served on the board of directors for many performing arts and entertainment organizations. Some of his many professional affiliations include: MENC, IAAPA, NARAS, and IAJE. An entertainment businessman, Greg currently leads a celebrity talent relations team and remains sought after as a creative consultant and adjudicator.

Judy Freund, PhD (Executive Producer/Production Advisor) Dr. Freund has extensive experience promoting international education in public schools. She has presented cultural perspectives on various themes and topics to demonstrate teaching strategies for guiding student reflection and development of a global consciousness. She was recently a contributing author to Wisconsin Department of Instruction's Guide to Planning Curriculum in International Education offering teachers of all levels assistance in "internationalizing" their schools, classrooms, and curriculum. Freund currently provides professional development focused on international education, including curriculum differentiation, school links and short-term overseas education opportunities. A world-traveler with educational partnerships spanning the globe, she has initiated student exchange opportunities through the public schools and UW-River Falls. Dr. Freund has coordinated gifted programs in the River Falls school district for over 15 years. She presently serves as board president for the International Friends of Education and is in high-demand as an international consultant.

Kay Stellpflug (Executive Producer/Production Advisor) Kay is a Professional Development Consultant and a recognized authority on such topics as Effective Communication, Team Building, Trust in the Workplace, Leadership Skills, and The Challenge of Change. A guru of curricular development, she is also a pioneer in the field of continuing education. Stellpflug is presently a facilitator of training seminars for schools, hospitals, and companies of all sizes, focusing on positive interpersonal skills. Past clients include: John Deere, Moraine Park Technical College, and Beaver Dam Community Hospital. Mrs. Stellpflug is a dynamic and creative educator and long-time advocate of childhood development through exposure to the arts. For over thirty years she has been active in service organizations and scholarship foundations in Southeastern Wisconsin. During that time, she has led countless fund raising efforts and produced numerous community events. Kay holds a degree in Communication Arts, and a BS in Education from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Matthew Gianino (Visual Media Producer) A burgeoning luminary of the stage and screen, Mr. Gianino has contributed to theater, video and film productions in New England and in the Minneapolis area for nearly two decades. He has made his mark as an actor, director, writer, editor and producer accumulating numerous theater, television, commercial and film credits. A classically trained actor, Matthew's theatrical repertoire ranges from leading roles in Shakespeare to contemporary drama. Also a talented writer, Gianino has penned several plays including Extorting Optimism and Hap, which debuted in Boston last year. In 2001, Mr. Gianino founded sos films, a New England-based multimedia production company. As head of sos films, he has completed several short films to date, and is in post production on his most recent work entitled BluePrint, scheduled for release in July 2004. Recent collaborations with producer Ben Stellpflug led to his appointment as elsie glen records' chief design consultant, providing a comprehensive range of visual media services. In addition, Mr. Gianino has held the post of Executive Director for the Rochester Opera House in NH, where he served as producer for several live performances, including Grammy-Award-Winner Richie Havens. Matthew holds a BA in Theater from the University of Massachusetts and has studied theater and film with notables including Kristen Linklater, Charles Nolte, Jane Brody, Ann Torke and Dr. John Conlon.
